Yup - that’s me before! 70 pounds overweight, chronic pain, brain fog, stressed about everything, and angry majority of the time. My life wasn’t always this way! I grew up playing all sorts of sports, getting collegiate scholarship offers to play basketball, football, and baseball from multiple Universities and Community Colleges in the Midwest. My passion was football, so I chose to accept a full-ride scholarship from Washburn University in Topeka, KS.  I became the captain of the football team, made the record books for career receptions, and led Washburn to a conference championship and NCAA playoff berth. So here I was, working a dream job as a PTA in a powerhouse physical therapy company, and I couldn’t heal the important aspects of my own life.

I started noticing that most of my patients were experiencing chronic inflammatory symptoms. Whether the symptoms manifested in the spine or big toe, it all seemed very alarming and I could not ignore the pattern of chronic pain that my patients were experiencing.  It was not the typical sports injury, or slip and fall with a concomitant tear, that you would expect. Things just weren't adding up...why did so many people have chronic pain and joint degeneration?

My intuition lead me to believe that any medical model must be driven by prevention.  Yes, we can treat a patient's symptoms very well, but we are not preventing it from happening in the first place, or from coming back.  Through learning about post-operation anti-inflammatory diets, and being introduced to a brain-powering anti-inflammatory coffee, my interest was sparked even more. So here I started my deep dive into a little nutritional biochemistry, epigenetics, quantum physics, psychoneuroimmunology, and more.  Since, I have lost 60 pounds, cleared my brain fog, regained my youthful energy, cleared my acne, and calmed my irritability. My mission is now to heal, prevent and reverse chronic pain and disease.

In the first module, we start to question how we have been taught to see reality. Mainly, the fact that we generally see reality as “things”. To spark this wildly mind-bending reasoning, we will go deep into the sciences of quantum physics, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology, and biophotons.

Quantum Physics shows us that there is an inexhaustible field of energy that seems to be creating the material world that we all live in. In this course, we are going to learn to tap into this field. This field has also been called many names including “The Universe”, “The All and All”, “The 5th Dimension”, “Time-Space”, “Oneness”. This essence has also been referred to as “God”. We will learn to feel and become its essence. 

 

Epigenetics is so profoundly inspiring because it shows that our genes are not our destiny. In fact, we can turn on rapidly powerful health-promoting genes and at the same time turn off the dis-ease producing inflammatory genes. We get all into the nitty-gritty of this new science.

 

Psychoneuroimmunology is simply the science that validates that our mind influences matter. It shows us that our thoughts literally become our body’s chemistry. We learn how our thoughts can create our reality. This becomes very reassuring when we learn to become the master of our thoughts, and therefore our emotions.

 

The point of educating you on all these new sciences is to prove to you that YOU in fact are WIRED TO HEAL! What’s even more amazing, is that the healer is already built into you.

We uncover how our overactive stress response is causing our gut (digestive system) to be leaky, creating an insurmountable array of “auto-immune” and chronic dis-ease in our population.

We look at why it's so hard to change. Why have there been so many times in our life when we knew we needed to change, but just couldn’t stick to the plan? We get to know our ego and how it throws a fit when we try to change. We learn its tricks so that we can use our very own free will in order to not let it sway us back to the old habitual self. We learn how to finally make up our minds.

Determining the Status Quo. In order to fix anything, we have to know what the actual problem is. To find out what the problem is, we have to start looking at ourselves. That means, in this module, we do some serious self-reflection. We shine a light on all of our patterned thoughts, feelings, and actions. We get to know who, what, and how we DO NOT want to be any longer. This allows us to “catch” ourselves anytime the ego tries to sway us back into the habits that we are trying to change.

✅ You’re going to know what thoughts you’re thinking when the bad habit is running.

 

✅ You’re going to find out what the emotional component of the problem is, what it feels like, what it triggers, the thoughts that it triggers, the physical symptoms that it triggers, and how to let it go.

Now you get to create the new you! If you don’t want to be this old habit, then you must create and then “know” a new identity that you do want to be. So what is it that you want in your life? What kind of person do you want to be? How will it feel to no longer be shackled by your diagnosis? That’s exactly what we will go through step by step in this module.

We learn everything about meditation - from preparation to execution. We are literally going to learn how to become senseless and suspend our attention into the ALL and ALL, the eternal present moment.

When scientists studied the brains of experienced meditators they found that in just 30 minutes of meditation was equivalent to 4 hours of deep, regenerative sleep.  We, my friends, are going to become experienced meditators.

We dive into victimization. We learn how many times we become our diagnosis and make this our identity. We learn the power of saying no as well as the power of saying yes. This allows us to be less of a victim and more of the creator of our life.

We take it to the body. Now that we have taken a deep dive into the essence of ourselves that we cannot see, we now will take a look at what we can see...our posture.

We will go from the tail of our sacrum to the tip of our head and tighten up all of our postural muscles. By learning the “how-to” of engaging our postural muscles we will create a win-win scenario in the healing and health of our body. 

 

Of course, we won’t just stop there, in working our way up the spine and its proper posture we will correlate each postural checkpoint with the matching hormone-producing gland/glands of that region of our body. These hormone / energy centers are what the ancient masters have called the chakras. This takes that win-win and transforms it into a win-win-win. As we put our attention on these muscles of the spine, we will automatically put our energy on the hormone-producing glands of our body.
